Emma Gaddy

Emma has been on staff at Oxford School of Performing Arts since 2019.  She previously taught at My Girls Dance Center and Lawrence County 21st Century Dance Program.  Emma was an Ole Miss Rebelette from 2015-2019 where was selected for the Nationals Team in 2017 and 2019.  Previously she was a competitive dancer with MGDC from 2006-2015 where she won Nationals at KAR competition in 2014.  She was also a member of the Lawrence County High School RedHot dance team from 2012-2015 and was selected for the UDA All-Star Team 2012-2015 .  Her training includes the Joffrey Ballet School Summer Intensive in 2013 and 2014.  Emma has also participated in pageants since 2014 including Miss Mississippi, Miss Alabama (Top 12), And Miss Alabama’s Outstanding Teen (4th alternate).  She was recently awarded the Bravo National Dance Competition Choreography Award. 

Morgan Banks

Morgan joined the OSPA faculty in 2019 while attending Ole Miss. She also teaches for GSPA and is the OSPA Dance program instructor for Regents School of Oxford.  Morgan danced competitively at GSPA for 13 years where she won multiple national titles.  While attending college, Morgan coached 98 Delta Gamma members for the yearly CASA Encore competition, in which the sorority placed first and raised $40,000 for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Lafayette County.  Her training includes jazz, contemporary, musical theater, hip hop, and tumbling.

Savvy Core

Savvy began dancing at the age of three and has studied ballet/pointe, jazz, tap, musical theatre, modern, acro, lyrical, and contemporary. She started competing at age ten. During her time as a competitive dancer, she earned many overalls and awards as a soloist and group dancer. She was also accepted and participated in Penn State’s elite dance camps and Dancerpalooza’s musical theater intensives. She has taught recreational and competitive dancers in Northern California and worked as a hired choreographer for her former dance studio and high school. Her students have continued to win many overalls, awards, and titles such as Rainbow Teen Dancer of the Year and Act One Highest Scoring Category Routine. Her choreography also was showcased during a Fox News San Francisco Zip Trip (2022) segment. As a dance teacher, she strives for her students to feel loved, inspired, and confident. Savvy wants to see her students succeed, be proud of their accomplishments and enjoy all of their hard work and dedication that they put into dance. Currently, Savvy is attending the University of Mississippi to obtain her Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in theatre arts. She is beyond grateful to join the OSPA/Prestige family and share her love for dance with such wonderful students!

Caroline Millwood

Caroline Millwood began teaching at OSPA in 2014 while attending Ole Miss to receive her degree in elementary education. She began training and dancing competitively in ballet, jazz, tap, and contemporary at the age of ten. Over the years, she was fortunate enough to take classes from Tyce Diorio, Gregg Russell, Colby Shinn and many more. She was a member of the nationally ranked Spain Park Dazzlers Varsity Dance Team from 2008-2012 and served as captain her senior year. After high school, Caroline was selected to become an instructor for Universal Dance Association. More recently, she has coached both middle school and high school dance teams in Oxford and was selected as a regional judge for Dance Team Union.

 

Natalie Weber

We are excited to have Miss Natalie Weber join us as our acro & flexibility instructor! Natalie was a Competitive Dancer at TJE Dance Force, located in Holbrook, New York for 11 years. She was a Member of the Sachem East Varsity Arrowettes from her Freshman to Junior year of high school and is a Current Member of Ole Miss Student Dance and Ole Miss featured twirler. Natalie is a 3 Time Grand National champion, 5 time top 10 NDA national finalist, KAR 5 time overall high point soloist, Beyond the Stars 3 time overall high point soloist, and Inferno Dance high point soloist. Her teaching experience includes TJE Dance Force and she has also been a twirling coach for 5 years.

Abby Williams

Abby has been on staff at Oxford School of Performing Arts since 2020. She also teaches at Grenada School of Performing Arts and has been since 2019. Abby started dancing at the age of 3 at GSPA and started competing for Prestige Dance Company at the age of 6. She was a two time National Champion for her group number and duet number in 2018 for KAR Dance. Her training includes Jazz, Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical Theater and Hip Hop. Abby has also competed in pageants her whole life. Including Miss Mississippi Outstanding Teen in 2019 (top 15). She also had the privilege of being chosen as a featured entertainer for the 2021 Miss Mississippi Pageant. In the past year of teaching she has received choreography awards and entertainment awards at several competitions.

 

Mattie Grace Morris

Mattie Grace spent the first 17 years of her life dancing with Mississippi Metropolitan Dance Academy where she fell in love with ballet and being on pointe. When she was nine years old, she made the Mississippi Metropolitan Ballet Company, which put on full productions such as the Nutcracker, Cinderella, Beauty and The Beast, and Frozen. She spent 2 summers with the American Ballet Theatre Summer Intensives on a full scholarship and participated in the Regional Dance America’s National Choreography Intensive on an awarded full scholarship as well. She was the youngest in MMB to be promoted to the Soloist role. Since graduating from high school in 2021, she has been studying Broadcast Journalism at Ole Miss and will graduate with a minor in Marketing. Mattie Grace was the coach for Delta Gamma’s dance team in CASA Encore for 2 years and won overall both years. She is also a part of Ole Miss Student Dance. 

Mattie Grace was named Miss Mississippi Teen USA 2021 and Top 15 at Miss Teen USA 2021. She traveled her home state of Mississippi advocating for positive mental and physical health, being a mentor for girls around her, training for Miss Teen USA, and balancing classes at Ole Miss all at once. Mattie Grace started pageants when she was 13, competing in the Miss Mississippi’s Outstanding Teen for 3 years and landing in a runner up position each time before competing in the Miss USA system for the first time. She was signed with AMAX Agency and was on the cover of 4 Memphis Magazine in 2020. Since being at Ole Miss, she has been named Top 10 at Ole Miss Parade of Beauties, a NewsWatch Correspondent, and is now a part of Ole Miss Student Dance. 

Haley Eifling

Haley opened OSPA/Prestige Dance Company in Oxford in 2012.  Her love of dance began at the age of three where she studied and performed with the Barbara Koehler Studio in Memphis, TN for 16 years.  She also studied and taught dance at The Academy of Dance in Grenada, MS for 10 years.  She was selected as a Miss Mississippi Dancer in 1991 and 1992 where she was under the direction of choreographer, Mallory Graham.  Haley studied vocal performance and entertained with the Bob Westbrook Entertainment Agency in Memphis, TN for 21 years.  She studied modeling at Patricia Stevens Modeling School in Memphis,  Jo-Susan Modeling Agency in Nashville and with Mary-Francis Flood of Leland for several years.  She competed for over 20 years in numerous local, state, and national pageants such as Miss Mississippi Teen USA and Miss Mississippi.  Haley was a member of the University of Mississippi Women’s Choir and obtained a music degree from the University of Mississippi in 2000. 

Anna Karr Shannon

Anna Karr has been dancing since the age of two, and started competing at the age of six. She began training competitively in jazz, contemporary, ballet/pointe, hip hop, and tap. Throughout her competitive dance career she earned many overall awards and scholarships from various competitions and conventions. She has taken classes under many credible choreographers and coaches throughout her training. Anna Karr was also a part of the nationally ranked Oak Grove Golden Spirits Dance Team throughout high school. Soon after she became a part of Universal Dance Association Staff where she travels to train and work with dance teams around the country. Anna Karr is extremely grateful to be a part of OSPA staff and watch her students grow with her.
